Each piece is carefully packed using industry-standard, archival-safe materials — including protective foam corners and reinforced packaging designed to guard against damage, moisture, and shifting during transit. Every piece is signed on the back and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity, and each shipment is fully insured and tracked from my studio to your door. From wrapping to final inspection, every step is handled personally to ensure your piece arrives in pristine condition — ready to be displayed and enjoyed for years to come.Orders are shipped within 5-7 business days of placing an order. You will receive an email once your order is dispatched containing your tracking information.

Returns

We are happy to accept your return. We provide a 30 day money back guarantee. Buyer must pay for return shipping. Returns are only valid when we are notified in advance and the item is returned to us within 30 days. Please email us at hello@jillblock.com to advise of return. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Returns will be credited once received and returns policy adhered to.
